Made this with Mexican crema instead of creme fraiche...delicious!

Looks really good. I think it is important for those of us who have not made their own Creme freshe glaze to be reminded that it takes two days to make. At any rate I am waiting for my cf to make and then I will roast my chicken. I look forward.
