The bacon did NOT look cooked before adding to potatoes. Does it need to be cooked or was it pre-cooked??

THESE CAME OUT AWESOME AND WERE SO EASY! I forgot to get sour creme, but I imagine they'd be even better with that for dipping. These will be a staple for potatoes in my house.
