Love BAaking TY for the info, but re. coconut oil I have Treasomega Organic Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Coconut Oil, but then I read it has 12g of Sat. Fat (no trans., 0.5g of polyunsat., 1g Monounsat. 14g total) that bothered me. It seems to be all the rage for so many things, but how can that much Sat.Fat be good? I also have Hypo-Thyroid. Just wondering. :)

This cookies do have cholesterol. Canola oil is very bad and one of the major plaque build up in arteries. Best oils to use is coconut oil or light olive oil. Canola, vegetable oil, margarines, shortening as well as others are burned to high degree to expel the oil from the seed which burns all the essential nutrients and leaving carcinogens also responsible for cancers. I have hypothyroid disease and have done lots of research and I do not have cholesterol issues cause I do not use those products.its something the manufactures do not tell public.
