How to Hard Boil Eggs in the Oven

In this video, you’ll see how to make oven-baked “hard-boiled” eggs. There’s no water in this method, just eggs and a hot oven. A muffin tin works great for holding the individual eggs securely. This simple method is excellent when stovetop space is limited or when you’re making a large amount of eggs.

This is great..I made 2 dozen and the ice water bath made them so easy to peel. With the diet I am on, I eat a lot of boiled eggs, and never get them to peel right when I boil them.

Use your toaster oven. Less energy.

I'd only do this if my oven was heated for something else. Otherwise I'd just wait until I could put a pot of water on the stove.
