Excellent sauce for lamb. I would advise, however, that since there is salt in the chicken broth, I would go easy on the salt for the rub. I did not. And my wife, while saying that it was delicious, complained of too much salt. It was most enjoyable however, in spite of that.

This is one of the best recipes ever - so easy to make, and very good tasting as well. I had thought the balsamic vinegar would give it a very sour taste. Surprisingly, the sauce tastes sweet.
