On last weekend I made the "cheeseburger soup" it was w-o-n-d-e-r-f-u-l! We enjoyed it, I will definitely be fixing it again an again. It was much easier for me to simple introduce it as plain old potato soup. I did a pound of ground beef as opposed to the half, tried the sharp cheddar(suggested by one post)the taste was a little bold but I think I will try it next time with half mild and half sharp cheddar. Did it with the red potatoes as suggested great suggestion! Everything came out great!!!

I made it a few days ago, and it was OK, but it was very bland until I added a tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Then it wasn't bad but I don't think I'll make it again. Also the time for the potatoes is sadly out. At 15 minutes they were still crunchy and so I cooked them for 20 minutes, and some of them are still undercooked.
