I found that marinating the fish with a Lime and Vinagar mixture was unneccessary and made the Fish too Mushy! The sauce was great !!

Don't see why not. I always keep plain, low fat Greek yogurt on hand but no sour cream. So I always substitute the with the yogurt, even in baked potatoes. Tastes about the same, healthier for you.
