Looks fab- can't wait to try it. I will cut down on the salt since several have thought it to saltly. A just taste along the way and season accordingly

I really enjoyed this recipe, although, I did reduce the amount of salt and added some white wine. A silly question, Does anyone know what the music is that is being played in the background? Thanks

In this day and age you have to be kidding to use butter instead of olive oil. Then the chicken breasts should have been sliced in half to reduce the thickness for ease of cooking and reduce excessive protein and portion size. And finally, you never use cream. This dish is way over a sensible calorie limit.
