This is the best chocolate cake ever! I substitute half of the water for soy yoghurt or soy milk, I think that helps the cake stay together and taste better. I wouldn't recommend stirring the batter with a spoon as shown in the video, as you can see the batter is very lumpy with flour, something you can see in the finished result. A hand held balloon whisk is best! :)
