I like to add a red pepper with the green. Instead of wine I mix 5 tablespoons of vodka after I remove the chicken and all with small can of chicken broth! Why? I have cooked pasta to add! One must use a bigger pan that will accept all. I like thin spaghetti or angel hair! You have to deglaze the pan for that flavor. A few minutes later in the large pan, add all! After all is in, add the mushrooms and touch of butter and mix well. I also add tomato sauce as it does not need long cooking as does pieced of tomato. 15 minutes later.. look out!
