I don't understand why people are still concerned about the fat.The right kind of fat like coconut oil,real butter,and olive oils are way heathier for the body than low or no fat.Foods cooked this way are not only healthier but tastier.Just stay away from the white process flour products.They are the cause of weight gain and ill health.

Vegan is when no animal products are used so whether eggs are a meat or not they are still an animal product. Vegetarian is when you don't eat meat, beef, poultry, fish, etc. but you do eat animal products, honey, eggs, etc.
