"BBQ" Broiled Red Snapper

In this video, you’ll see how to make quick-and-easy broiled red snapper with a simple barbeque glaze. You’ll start with boneless, skinless red snapper filets. The glaze could not be easier. It’s just mayonnaise, lemon juice, and some bbq sauce. These three simple ingredients disguise the 'fishiness' and keep the fish nice and moist. This recipe's terrific for the folks who don’t really like fish. Give your glazed red snapper filets a little sprinkle of cayenne pepper before you pop the fish under the broiler. The fish comes out with a wonderful flakiness, and the glaze is browned and bubbly. Watch the video, then get Chef John’s recipe for BBQ Broiled Red Snapper. What a delicious and simple weeknight dinner.

So we don't have to call you a chef? It is fish and fish is good....nothing wrong with calling it fish...sometimes your vids are strange and this fluffy voice of yours...whoooo so annoying! In this recipe the fish is cooked for 7 minutes and you say to rotate several times...this would take at least 1/3 of the cooking time, rotate once is enough...and your tomatoes are burned!
