I have been using Allrecipes for years, but never joined until now (just so I could comment on this recipe). Please note: the instructions say to use "gluten-free baking mix (such as Bob's Red Mill All Purpose GF Baking Flour®)". NOTE: these are two different items. The video recipe shows a red bag of FLOUR; the recipe instructions refer to both the terms "baking mix" and "baking flour". I believe the baking MIX (Bob's - blue bag) already contains the leavening agents. Perhaps this explains why some reviewers on the recipe page indicated that their brownies were overflowing the pan. I haven't made these yet, but would appreciate clarification first from the original author or from somebody who has successfully made these. tbtrfg@ We're making these for friends... Thanks!

I would like to try these. I made another GF brownie from the site that was very rich and good. This one has the GF baking mix, but it is easy to mix together ones own with the right ground grains. I have the grain container that came with my Vitamix blender, so I have made some of my own also. It is a little cheaper that way.
