I do my stuffing almost like this every year, except I cube the bread before allowing it to dry out. I coat the cubed bread with poultry seasoning before it dries. I also add more seasoning to the butter/broth/veggie mixture and heat before adding the dried bread. Ilene, I make it just before stuffing the turkey, but I'm sure you can make it a day ahead.

Can you make this stuffing a day ahead and reheat the next day, or would it be better to only partially cook the first day.
