Sweet Potato Black Bean Chili

Starting the beginning of this year, I endeavored on a dietary lifestyle change, I became a Nutritarian (yay!)and began looking for vegan/vegetarian meals to spice up my cooking methods, and this recipe just happened to be in my email, so I clicked on it and tried it, and all I can say is WOW! This was so delicious. It was so good I kept thinking that it had meat in it. I give this recipe 10 stars. I love spicy, and it has a wonderful kick to it. I will be cooking this again. My son and I share pictures of our meals, and he thought this was traditional chili. I love it.

Can you go ahead and pressure can this recipe as is or should I add a few cups of extra water so it's not too thick?

Made this tonight. It is SO delicious! I didn't have jalapeno or chipotle pepper so substituted a small can of chopped green chiles and some crushed pepper.
