Twin Cities Tapas: Chili Lime Prawn Spedini
In this video, we're making tapas with Allrecipes cook Raelee. We started with Raelee's Creamy Goat Cheese and Honey recipe, a simple dish made with creamy goat cheese, honey, rosemary, and a light dusting of crushed pecans. We followed that with Easier Cranberry Puffs, delicious raspberry- and cream cheese-filled wontons that, with added jalapeno and red curry powder, have just the right amount of kick. For the final tapa, Raelee created Butterfly Chili Lime Prawn Spedini with Raspberry Dipping Sauce, beautifully butterflied prawns with a fun citrus and spice twist.
