Would it be possible to make these without the milk, perhaps substituting something for the milk? What would be a good substitute? Soy Milk, Apple Juice/Apple Sauce, or something else?

Never heard of a dughnut pan... interstring :O @Kaasya: I would use cream or soymilk. Apple sauce is a substitute for oil, not milk. :D Good luck
