I tried Diane's Garlic Chicken on Sunday. So quick and easy. Many of us "mature retired ladies" who still take pride in serving an attractive and tasty meal appreciate a simple recipe for chicken. I used panko crumbs and grated Romano Cheese. Sage and thyme from the garden are a good choice for seasoning. Don't over bake. I usually do and am always sorry. Use a meat thermometer. The new simple ones are digital and easy to use. Keep a Kind Heart.

Make sure you use McCormick spices, otherwise it won't work. Happy stumble into an advertisement. Good fried chicken takes more than oregano and black pepper.
