I'm sure it's delicious the name is a bit odd. Where is the "sticky" part? And it's a baked chicken, not roasted.

I am to believe that this recipe is called, Roasted Sticky Chicken, where does the " sticky" come from? It should be just, Roasted Chicken! Is the spicy hot, from all the pepper? What about the concern regarding the low heat cooking of chicken, should it be a concern? Love the recipes on All Recipes.ca! Thank you! Waiting for answers! :)
