storing mashed avocados ... good technique in viseo presentation using the plastic wrap to seal the bowl of mashed avocado ... BUT reserve the seed from the cut avocado and put it into your mashed (and seasoned) avocado befoee yoy seal the bowl to refrigerate ... that seed will prevent the avocado from turning brown. Also should leave that seed in any leftover half of an avocado and put that leftover half into a sealable sandwich bag to store in the refrigerator ... good for three or four days and just the right amount for a sandwich or an omlet (or small cubes mixed into scrambled eggs with some chopped red onion). Yum YUM!
