I like adding some flax seed to the meat mixture too! No one knows and we get a little more fiber :)

To make harvesting the cabbage leaves easier Boil a lg. pot of water, cut the stem end of the cabbge off. Submerge the cabbge on te boiling water. Peel the leavss off as they soften. uch easier.
