May I suggest you add some fresh dill to the white sauce after you add the milk. It's a common ingredient that's used in Polish cooking and adds a lot of flavor.

To TXPILOT: Your time would probably be better spent working on your grammar and spelling; "I'm sure YOUR all gourmet chefs. . ."? Try "I'M sure YOU'RE all gourmet chefs . . . " Also, this forum is a sounding board for Allrecipes enthusiasts and what may seem to be "whining" to you could be a request for help with something on the site. Maybe YOUR opinion is not necessary, and I know that I personally did not appreciate it. If you can't say something constructive or helpful, don't say it at all!
