would i be able to leave the pie in the fridge after i have cooked it for 12 hours? and would the pie crust have to be prebaked?

when i cook the mix in the sauce pan for two mins and continue to stir it started to look like cowder. then iput it in the pie shell then i cooked for 13 mins and my pie shell started to break when i cut it and the pie mix inside was still liquidy.
