I love all the ingredients, so the combination should be good. I am intimidated by makng the Hollandaise sauce however. Sounds like an interesting breakfast however.

Simple No Fail Hollandaise Sauce 4 eggs yolks separated 1/2 c butter or margarine 3-4 tablespoons lemon juice pinch cayenne pepper pinch black pepper pinch dry parsley Mix egg yolks,lemon juice and spices in blender or mixing bowl. Mix until blended. Heat butter on stove until bubbling not brown. Slowly pour butter into mixture. It should take at least 30 seconds. When finished mix again until blended. Voila Hollandaise sauce not only great on eggs but fish fillets as well.

you can use peameal bacon, what they show is ham rounds. canadian bacon is peameal. love this for breakfast
