I double this recipe and get enough for three crusts. I also use my food processor. This is by far my favorite pie crust recipe. The crust keeps in the fridge for a few days and can also be put in the freezer for later. Rolls out PERFECT!

Janie, I was once told to add small or cracked tapioca grains on to the bottom of the crust before adding the fruit filling mixture. It will absorb the extra juice.
