Sausage-Stuffed Potato Pancakes
Italian pork sausage is pressed between plastic wrap to create small patties to start this potato pancake journey. We then grate russet potatoes and combine them with seasonings, flour, and egg. This mixture is placed in a heated, oiled pan in pancake form and the sausage patties are placed on top, followed by more potato mixture. This is pan-fried until golden brown--yum!
