Exotic Chicken and Rice Casserole
A whole chicken is cut into 8 parts and is marinated in a spiced yogurt blend to impart tons of exotic flavor to start off this casserole. Basmati rice simmers in saffron and chicken broth before it's transferred to a casserole dish and our marinated chicken is placed skin-side up on top.
