Chicken, Mushroom, and Rice Soup
A whole chicken simmers in a flavorful broth and is pulled off the bone to start off this comforting soup. Mushrooms, onion, and garlic are sauteed for added flavor before chicken broth and rice are stirred into the mix and are simmered until tender.
