Great recipe! It may be helpful to add that brown, overripe bananas are even better to use and wil result in a more flavorful loaf. Also, you should never scoop your flour using a measuring cup, but rather sprinkle it in to your measuring cup using a large spoon, and then gently level it. Scooping four can pack it and may result in dry baked goods.

Ilove this recipe, I used Cream cheese instead of sour cream( only because I had that on hand) it was perfect! But have also made it with the sour cream and it is also soooo good.
