State Fair Lemonade

For classic state fair flavor, this recipe starts by washing and peeling lemons before tossing with sugar and allowing to sit and soak up those bright citrus oils. Water is brought to a boil before the sugary lemon mixture is added and the sugar is dissolved. This gets strained and cooled before lemon juice is mixed in.
