Firebird Chicken

Habanero peppers are the star in this fried chicken dish--they get crushed into a fine paste with garlic and salt before egg and hot sauce are added to form our special marinade. Boneless chicken breasts are sliced into equal pieces and dusted with rice flour before they marinate for 2 to 12 hours in our spicy blend.
