Scrambled Egg Omelet

An herby, cheesy blend is whisked up with eggs to start off this hybrid dish process. After we softly scramble our egg mixture in a hot pan on the stove, we push them to one side, tucking and smoothing as we mold them into an omelet, allowing the shape of the pan to assist us.
