Scacce Ragusane (Sicilian Stuffed Flatbread)
Crispy on the outside, tender and savory on the inside, this stuffed Sicilian flatbread is easy and delicious! After kneading together a semolina flour and yeast dough mixture and letting it rest, we roll out dough balls into thin circles to prep for the flavorful filling. Layers of pizza sauce and aged provolone cheese are then folded up between the thin dough before it's baked up golden and crisp. Slice and serve!
