Salt and Pepper Spare Ribs

A simple salt and pepper-based spice rub is the key to making these spare ribs delicious. Just brush on a mixture of Dijon mustard and white vinegar, sprinkle with our spices, and let them rest for 4 to 12 hours to soak up the goodness.
