Chicken and Broccoli Curry
We begin our curry journey by mixing up a flavorful blend of spices that are rubbed over chicken breasts before they're seared on the stovetop. Chopped broccoli stems are plunged into a simmered and reduced coconut milk- and ketchup-based curry sauce and cooked until tender before their chopped florets and our seared chicken breast joins them.
