Inspiration and Ideas

Super Antioxidant Smoothie Bowl
This recipe is amazing for all the right reasons: so nutritious, so quick and easy, so delicious! Feel free to experiment with different frozen fruit varieties or juices. As a meal, this smoothie provides fiber, protein, omegas, calcium, loads of vitamin C and A, magnesium, and antioxidants.
Snow Miser Smoothie Bowl
This smoothie bowl is inspired by my favorite Christmas cartoon, "The Year Without Santa Claus". One of my favorite parts was Snow Miser. Here I made pears, banana, apple, and skyr mixed with blue spirulina, then topped it with dragon fruit and grated fresh coconut. I wanted to make a smoothie bowl that looked like Snow Miser's blue face and speckled white hair. He's too much!

Chef V's Smoothie Bowl

A delightful and healthy smoothie bowl. Great for breakfast on a hot day or an afternoon snack. I garnish mine with coconut chips, extra fruit, and sometimes granola. Fresh fruit can be used in place of frozen; add 1 cup of ice for blending.
