Potato Chip Cookies V
These were a popular cookie at the Omaha Nebraska Parks and Recreation Department thirty to forty years ago.

Dorothy Lynch® Style Salad Dressing
This is my husband's favorite dressing, and it is the best dressing to use in taco salad. The original dressing was made in St. Paul, Nebraska and is sold in the midwest but is becoming more expensive. This recipe is very similar to the store version and uses products I regularly have in my pantry. We love it.
If you have grown up, lived, or traveled to the Midwest, this recipe is from a popular restaurant that was in Lincoln, NE. I've been told it's an acquired taste, but having grown up on them, I love them! It's a loose meat sandwich. Use a slotted spoon to portion out the meat. Serve on buns with mustard and sliced dill pickles.
Strip and Go Naked
This party-sized version of the classic vodka, beer and lemonade cocktail is recommended to consume before a Nebraska football game.
Peggy's Frosted Banana Bars
This banana cookie bar recipe was given to me years ago by a friend in Nebraska; they come out perfect every time!
