Black Bean Soup with Bacon
I created this for a quick lunch with a few inexpensive ingredients and was very pleased. My husband said that this one is a winner so I thought I would share with others. I personally don't care for cilantro but it makes a nice garnish. Serve with tortillas and guacamole salad.
Quick and Easy Black Bean Soup
All you need is a couple cans of beans, an onion, some bacon, and spices to whip up this simple but delicious soup.
Black Bean and Tomato Soup
This is a modified version of a recipe that I found on another site. Either canned or cooked black beans can be used. This soup freezes well and I usually double or triple the recipe to have enough to freeze for later.
Patty's Mom's Black Bean Soup
This is a simple recipe, yet it is the best black bean soup I've tried. I have been lucky to get home smoked ham, and used the bone from it. I've also made it with smoked ham hocks I've gotten from the butcher. Of course the home smoked ham makes the soup superlative, the butcher bone made it wonderful. Either way, I think you'll enjoy it. It can be made spicy if that's the way you prefer it. It can also be topped with sour cream.
Black Bean and Salsa Soup
This soup is one of those last minute things I tossed together one night. It's very simple and it takes about 5 minutes to put together.
Instant Pot® Spicy Black Bean Soup (Vegan)
You don't have to soak beans when using an electric pressure cooker. Adjust the spices to your liking in this healthier, easy-to-make black bean soup that freezes well.
Spicy Black Bean Vegetable Soup
Half of the black beans in this spicy soup are pureed with tomatoes, the other half are simmered with carrots, onion and kernels of corn.

Santa Fe Stew
Great winter dinner for busy parents, so easy, best the next day. Serve with sour cream, chopped green onions, grated sharp Cheddar, tortilla chips, and sliced avocado.
Pumpkin Black Bean Soup
This is a delicious soup that is even better reheated the next day. Easy to make too. Serve with a garnish of sour cream and toasted pumpkin seeds if desired.
Chicken Corn Black Bean Soup
This was so delicious. I couldn't get over how quick and easy it was with such a well blended flavor. My husband tried to go back for a 3rd bowl but I put it up so we could have leftovers for the next day. If you like it a little thicker, stir a couple tablespoons of cornstarch into cold water and whisk into boiling soup for a couple minutes to thicken. Personally, the sour cream, cheese and chips thickened it enough for me. Hubby went back for seconds so he ate it too quick to even notice. Top with blue corn tortilla chips, sour cream, and shredded Mexican-style cheese.
