Instant Pot® Chicken Fried Rice

Rating: Unrated
Traditional chicken fried rice cooks faster in your electric pressure cooker. This Instant Pot® method gives you a fluffy and flavorful meal, but eliminates the need to start with already-cooked rice. You can have a wholesome version of your takeout favorite in about the same time it would take for it to be delivered to your door.

Chinese Chicken Vegetable Soup

Rating: Unrated
We had a Chinese restaurant that made two soups that I loved how they tasted. When they went out of business, we looked for someone else that made these two soups, without much luck. Knowing all the ingredients that were there, I went to work to make my own recipe for this very tasty soup. Plus I'm a big fan of 'make it tasty, fast and easy' which this is, when I run the veggies through my food processor. Also when I not feel well, this is one soup that has all what help me feel better. I also serve this with steamed rice as a side dish for those who want it as well.

Quick Shrimp Lo Mein

Rating: Unrated
This shrimp lo mein is easy to prepare and tastes wonderful! Can double the sauce if you like more. Can add additional water or broth to sauce if you like it less thick. Use whatever combination of vegetables you like for about 4 cups total. You can also serve the vegetables and shrimp over the noodles, as opposed to tossing them together.

Filipino Beef Stir-Fry

Rating: Unrated
This is an easy Pinoy recipe if you don't have much time. The beef can be sliced and marinated ahead of time making the meat even tastier. Eat the dish alone or serve with rice. Use a tender cut such as New York steak or prime rib.
