  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the chicken pieces and garlic. Toss with the flour just to coat, and shake off excess.
  2. Heat the margarine in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces; cook and stir until browned. Add the mint leaves and lemon juice, cover and steam for about 5 minutes, just until the chicken is cooked through. Do not over cook the chicken or it will be tough.

Very easy to prepare..but it had an odd taste. Not a bad taste..but very different. Don't think I would make it again.

This chicken was really good. Although next time, I will cut the lemon by about half or so, and add at least two or three more, or more, cloves of fresh garlic. My husband and I really love ga...

This was so delicious! I did adjusting though and used olive oil instead of margarine, added 3 cloves garlic and I had to season it w/ salt and pepper or else it was too bland. I definitely use...

This recipe was GREAT! The texture and consistency of the finished pieces were almost like chicken nuggets--except they were minty tasting! We really enjoyed these and I can see having them agai...

I read other reviews before making this. I used 1/8 cup of lemon juice which was more than enough. I thought that it could of used a bit more mint, but overall the family really enjoyed this.

This was a nice easy recipe. I used less garlic, but only because I generally despise garlic. Made this for my girlfriend one night and she has cravings for it all the time. Especially nice f...
