German Style Kielbasa

I made a few changes... sauteed an onion and two stalks of celery with two large apples, and added two cloves of garlic and a handful of raisins. Cooked all until they were soft. Added the sauerkraut and sausage, three TBL of brown sugar, and a dash of nutmeg. Two thumbs up!
