  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In bowl, combine corn chips, chili, cheese and onion. Split hot dogs lengthwise down the middle (but not completely through). Place chili filling down the center of each dog. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until warmed through. If desired, sprinkle with additional chips before serving.

Yum, love this. You can customize this to suit your tastes. We make this a lot at work as it is easy to heat up the hot dogs in one slow cooker and the chili in another. We usually use shredded ...

Next time I would add more chips 'cause I couldn't tell that they were in the chili. A good hot dog recipe.
