This was absolutely wonderful with grilled salmon. Unfortunately, we didn't have white wine. We used red wine vinegar, parsley, dill, onion and garlic powders, salt and pepper. It was a little sour when sampled so we used a touch of simple syrup to cut the sour. We also did not marinate. We sprinkled salt on the potatoes after being skewered, poured the sauce over the potatoes that were in a 9 x 13 inch dish, basting in all the crevices, and then basted again on the grill. Absolutely yummy! Had to throw a few in my mouth for breakfast. COLD ! Mmmmm....
These werent that great although it may have helped if hubby grilled them longer. I am not a big mayonaise based ingredient fan so I think that has a little something with my tastebuds liking this one.
Added 1 tsp kosher salt.
I reduced the amount of rosemary and still found it too much. I will like use slternate seasoning for future roasted potatoes.
I made this dish and was very disappointed. I was hoping for a new flavorful dish which my guests and I We’re disappointed. I followed the directions to a T.
I have a big bbq coming up, so I will test these potatoes out . I gave 5 stars because I know they will be good after I tweak the recipe a bit.
I used olive oil instead of mayonnaise the second time I made this and added some dill.
I poked the steamed potatoes with a fork before marinating so they'd soak some flavor. I marinated for 2.5 hours while I was at a movie. The marinade thickened and stuck to the potatoes well. They had lots of flavor. Great! Will make these again and again.
Very good and easy to throw together too. I used wooden spears that didn't stand up well to the weight of the potatoes so I ended up using two skewers together for strength. Subbed chicken broth for white wine.
These potatoes are delicious. The marinade is excellent. I’ve made them twice and both times I’ve gotten rave reviews.
