  1. In a bowl, stir together ketchup, mustard, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and maple syrup. Stir in garlic and onion powder. Place chicken in a large resealable freezer bag. Pour in marinade, seal, and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  2. Remove chicken from bag, and reserve marinade. Cut the chicken into thin slices.
  3. Warm oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in onions, bell pepper, and chicken. Cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium, and stir in reserved marinade. Cook about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

This was so good! The only change I made was to slice the chicken thin before adding to the marinade, instead of after. This way more of the chicken is exposed to the marinade. I served it with ...

My oldest daughter gave this a 5 star, the rest of us gave it a 3-4 star. My daughter just couldn't get enough. She said she'd eat it again tomorrow! I thought it was a bit over powering.

Ended up marinating the chicken overnight. Instead of adding the onion and green pepper I used a bag of mixed oriental vegetables. This was very good served with a side of rice.
