  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the melted butter/margarine, chili sauce, lemon juice, salt, mustard and curry powder. Mix well.
  3. Place chicken in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish and pour mixture over chicken. Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes or until tender and juices run clear.

It was excellent but I altered the recipe. I eliminated the curry and added 1 tsp of cumin, 1 tbsp of chili powder and 1 tsp of crushed red pepper. Instead of breasts I used thighs and drumstick...


i was extremely disappointed in this recipe. very salty. tasted nothing like barbecue.

It's an easy recipe..I cut the salt down to half a teaspoon and added a little chili powder and cheyene pepper to the mix.
