  1. In a bowl, stir together garlic, goat cheese, celery, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Blend well until the sauce is smooth. Cover, and refrigerate. Serve chilled.

I had really high hopes for it, so glad I tried it before I took it to thanksgiving with the vegetable tray. WAAAY TOO MUCH balsamic vinegar. That's all you can taste.
