  1. Preheat the oven broiler.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, and mix in the lemon juice, salt, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, and pepper. Arrange chicken in a shallow baking dish. Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken.
  3. Cook 20 minutes in the preheated oven, turning and basting occasionally with the sauce, until chicken juices run clear.

The chicken was pretty moist.But was just okay flavor wise.Next time I will up the seasonings more.

Very good, and if you use the pan drippings to make a gravy it makes it even more delicious.

It may be because my lemon tree makes HUGE lemons (I had over a quarter cup juice) but this was very lemony. The adults enjoyed it, the kids found it overwhelming. They added sweet teriyake sauc...

I doubled the seasonings, and it's now one of my most favorite chicken recipies that is super easy and fast to make!!

Eh...I was not overly impressed. This wasn't bad, by any means...it just wasn't anything special. I'll keep looking for a quick and easy chicken recipe...I probably will not make this again.
