Place peach halves flesh side down in the basket of the air fryer. Cook for 6 minutes. Meanwhile melt butter. Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon until sugar has dissolved. Using tongs, flip peaches over so that they are flesh side up. Brush butter mixture over the top, filling the pit cavity with any excess. Cook for 6 minutes more. Let peaches cool for 5 minutes.
