Awesome Egg Salad with a Kick


Try this egg salad with sour cream, crumbled bacon, Dijon mustard, and horseradish for a tangy, salty kick in every bite. Serve on lightly toasted wheat rolls with lettuce and tomato.

  • 12 large hard-cooked eggs, peeled and chopped

  • ½ cup light mayonnaise

  • ½ cup low-fat sour cream

  • ¼ cup real bacon bits

  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish

  • 2 tablespoons chopped red onion

  • ¼ teaspoon paprika

  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Mix eggs, mayonnaise, sour cream, bacon bits, Dijon, horseradish, onion, paprika, salt, and pepper together in a bowl until well combined. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
