Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) bag matchstick-cut carrots

  • 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits

  • ¼ cup plain yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder, or to taste

  • teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Stir together carrot matchsticks and pineapple tidbits in a large bowl. Add yogurt, mayonnaise, chopped fresh basil, poppy seeds, ground mustard, and salt. Stir until combined.

Cook's Note:

You can use 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple instead of canned.
